I’ve read one page, the Foreword. Found one grammatical error. Hope the ratio improves. I would expect better proof reading in a $90 book. Can I depend on the content if such little effort was made toward presentation?

Purchased the kit, did not pass the first time, study more and try again. Probably need a more comprehensive book

This textbook and the associated online material are great beginner tools to get a sound understanding of the basic concept of ITIL. The information is clearly presented and the concepts are explained with examples and simple words. The review questions are a valid starting point for self-assessment. However, this text and the online material alone are not enough to pass the ITIL v3 Foundations exam with flying colours. With a bit of luck the information provided can get you just above the minimum threashold, but for a more formal and complete coverage of the ITIL v3 Foundations I would rather recommeded the book Foundations of IT Service Management Based on ITIL® V3 (English version)

This is a good program and worked for me. I purchased the book and online program last week, and after 4-5 days of on and off studying I passed the exam with an 87%. Like the other reviews have said the online program is better than the book itself, but make sure to study both. There is some material in the book in more detail that is not in the online program. But if you study them both you will have things covered. Good luck.
